“We apply vacuum to all sorts of collection problems. We were faced with the challenge of collecting fuzz at production trims carpeting. Very easy to capture the fuzz and separate the fuzz out of the air stream. The challenge was to drop the captured fuzz into a large plastic bag for waste disposal. The captured material could bridge and would not flow through a standard Rotary valve. In reviewing the Plattco valve, we felt that we had a solution.  We sent samples to Plattco, and they were confident that the valve could handle the material flow, and the expected volume. The system was installed, and it has worked perfectly from day one! The customer is running 24/7 and has a much cleaner facility!!”
