Plattco’s G-Series dry scrubber slidegate was invented specifically for the energy industry. The unique design allows the gate to reliably operate as the discharge airlock of a dry scrubber system.

With decades of experience in the field of dry scrubber discharge, we know the discharge of a dry scrubber system is not always “dry”.  Wet material will plug any other slidegate but Plattco’s G-series slidegate eliminates that issue through use of proprietary gate seats and guides.  The G-Series slidegate is the clear choice to ensure your pollution control system operates at peak efficiency with minimal downtime.

G-Series slidegates are rated for application pressures up to 2 PSIG / .34 Barg, and can handle material temperatures up to 500°F / 260°C.
