Multiple Variations for Common Applications

Plattco offers MT-Series slidegates in multiple variations to work in common heavy industry applications.

General material isolation: Most commonly applied for isolation of material transfer points, bins, and hoppers.

• This gate is capable of handling 2 PSIG / 0.14 Barg pressure differentials and material temperatures up to 1000°F / 537°C.‍

Airslide isolation: This variation of the general slidegate design is used specifically for material isolation and diversion in airslide conveyors.

• This gate is capable of handling 12 PSIG / 0.82 Barg pressure differentials and material temperatures up to 1000°F / 537°C.

Alternative fuel feed isolation: This variation is specifically designed to operate as an isolation slidegate for use as an isolation gate for alternative fuel feed points in cement plants.

• This gate is capable of handling pressures up to 2 PSIG / 0.14 Barg pressure differentials and material temperatures up to 1800°F / 980°C.
